AssessYou is a product of JOH Partners FZ LLE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We provide career intelligence tools to help professionals understand and advance their careers. References to “we”, “us”, or “AssessYou” in this policy refer to JOH Partners FZ LLE.
What information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use AssessYou modules, we collect the information you provide — including your CV content, job title, sector, years of experience, salary details, location, and responses to any assessments. We also collect basic usage data such as which modules you access and when, to help us improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the AssessYou service — including running AI-powered analyses across our modules. Your CV and profile data is processed to generate personalised career insights. We do not use your data to train AI models. We use your email address to send you your results, important account notices, and (if you opt in) our weekly Career Dispatch newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
How we protect your data
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Access to your data is strictly limited to systems and personnel required to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.
Third-party processors
To deliver the service, we work with a small number of trusted third-party processors: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI analysis — your data is processed under Anthropic’s enterprise data handling terms and is not used to train their models). Each processor is contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion of your account and associated data, and export your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact form below. We will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
