AssessYou is provided by JOH Partners FZ LLE (UAE). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. AssessYou accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Free and Pro plans

AssessYou offers a free tier with access to a limited set of modules. Full access to all modules requires a Pro subscription. Pro is available at $29.99 per month or $189 per year. UAE-based users will have 5% VAT applied automatically at checkout in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.

Billing and cancellation

Your Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. We do not offer partial-period refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use AssessYou for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape content, share your account credentials, or use the service in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and functionality within AssessYou is owned by JOH Partners FZ LLE. The outputs generated for you (your reports, analyses, and results) belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded content solely to deliver the service.
